This website operates using credits which you can purchase either in advance or at the time of buying a service.
The amount of credits will be clearly shown on the various purchase pages on this website.
Your current credit balance is available to view in your account page, and also on the service purchase page.
We may offer you a credit overdraft facility as part of our service or your subscription plan. We may at any time prevent access to this service until any negative balance is cleared. You may do this by purchasing credits in the normal manner.
As of 1st October 2017 a standard credit costs 1 GBP including VAT.
We may provide loan equipment as part of a subscription plan. This will be delivered within 7 days of your service start date. The equipment remains our property and must be kept in a working and satisfactory condition. Any faulty equipment must be returned to us for repair or replacement. We reserve the right to charge for any damaged equipment.
A subscription plan may include credits, which will be added to your account on a monthly basis.
If we fail to meet your expectations then a refund will be given for the service provided. Refunds will be in the form of credits to your ECU New Tech Ltd account. You may receive actual monetary refunds by terminating your account - see Termination.
Any costs incurred by ECU New Tech Ltd due to failed or returned payments / charge backs will be passed onto the customer plus a 10% handling fee. Your account may be suspended until the original payment, the incurred charge plus handling fee is paid in full.
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by providing 30 days notice in writing.
If you have a negative credit balance this will need to be cleared by purchasing credits in the normal manner. Any credit balance will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days after the notice period has ended.
If you have any equipment provided as part of your subscription plan then this must be returned before the end of 30 day notice period and be in a working and satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to charge for any damaged equipment.
In no event shall ECU New Tech Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to financial damages for any loss of profits or information arising from the use of, or inability to use the software, files purchased or products. The foregoing provision is effective even if ECU New Tech Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ECU New Tech Ltd makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to any of the software or files purchased, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
